After you report
Your report is documented
Every report is logged from first contact, whichever channel you use. Nothing depends on someone remembering to write it down later.
A neutral team reviews it
Reports are handled by empathiHR's trained intake and investigation team, not by the people the report may be about.
It moves forward
Reports are classified, investigated per your organization's program, and carried through to closure with documentation at every step.
Retaliation for making a good-faith report is prohibited by law and by every program empathiHR administers. If you experience retaliation after reporting, report that too.
